Privacy & data handling

This page describes the implemented data flow. Commercial terms and any required data processing arrangements are handled separately.

Account information

Supabase Auth manages sign-in credentials. MY AI DOO stores your company name, account email, access status and operational records. The website uses Cloudflare Workers and private Supabase storage . No automatic emails are sent. MY AI DOO may prepare a verification or password-reset link and send it personally to the account owner. The service uses an essential session cookie; this application includes no advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Uploaded business data

Upload only the agreed order dates, opaque order references, revenue and cost values. Do not include names, contact details or a lookup table identifying people. An identifier may still be personal data if it can be linked to an individual; agree any applicable processing arrangements before upload. In the initial manual service, uploaded files are retained privately so MY AI DOO can download and analyse them. Prepared PDF reports are retained and made available only to the relevant client after review. Records include filenames, file fingerprints and creation times. Use filenames without personal or confidential details.

AI interpretation

Automatic AI integration is disabled during the initial manual service. This website does not send uploaded data to an AI provider. Any separate use of external analysis tools must follow the agreed confidentiality and processing arrangements.

Access and retention

Clients can access their own reports. MY AI DOO administers accounts and operational activity records. Uploaded source files and report versions are retained privately with file fingerprints, timestamps and Service Order references. Delivery correspondence is kept separately by MY AI DOO. Retention and deletion periods must be agreed for each engagement before client onboarding. Contact MY AI DOO to request access, correction or deletion; records that must be retained under applicable obligations may be excluded.
